We highly recommend teachers to bring their own bedding and personal stuff. You can also check which stuffs you can actually bring by asking the recruiter or making online research.  Foreigners are often surprised at how easy it is to find the things they want in China.  Each city has big Western supermarkets like Wal-Mart and Carrefour; finding your favorites from homes like Oreos, Coke and even Starbucks is very easy!  Certain things such as deodorant, dental floss, razors, and other personal hygiene items are sometimes difficult to find or a little expensive, so, it’s better to prepare these things from your country before you come – you can pack them in your suitcase when coming to China.
